Setting up outlook

I am using the outlook 2007 wizard to set up. I enter my email account along
w/ password. Then I get a network password verification. It has my email
address and then I re enter my password but the window continues to stay
open. What am I doing wrong... I was having this problem w/ outlook 2003 I
got discourage and never set it up for my home.
