Hi,

I'm a new Excel user and I'm having trouble figuring out how to set up a spread where the bar chart sets the lower numbers as the highest rankings.

I saw the RANK formula but I'm not understanding how to set it up and even where (if I should even be using it) it should go.

Can anyone help??

Thanks!!!!
Melissa

It took awhile to find it but I figured out what I needed to do.

I had to set the Format Axis so that "Values in reverse order" and "Horizontal (Category) axis crosses at maximum value" were selected.

Hopefully that helps someone else.
