Setting up various contact lists in Outlook 2007

In Outlook 2007 I would like to segregate my business contacts from personal
contacts so that I can select email recepients from a short list rather than
filter through the long list of all contacts in the address book.

Two ways - either use Categories or just set up a new Contact list...
