Setting up voting buttons with a reminder.

Here's the scoop...
A reminder pops up on my boss's screen for what we call a "tickle file".
I'd like him to have voting buttons for the following:

"Bring File"
"Tickle Again (7 days)"
"Tickle Again (30 days)"
"Remove Tickle"
"Please See Me"
