Setting up Word Research or Office assistant, etc.

Word setup could find neither YA561403.cab nor CS561404.cab and probably
other cab files. These files are on the Office Professional 2003 CD but could
not be found (or downloaded) in E:\MSOCache\All
Users\90000409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0150048383C9 folder by the setup facility. SP1
is installed on system. What am I ding wrong?
