I want the ability to allow users to see a resource but not book to
it.
I have a calendar resource I'd like to limit access to. I want users
to be able to see the resource but not book to it; with a delegate or
administrator who can.
We are currently using Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2007. I have
checked all the settings and can't find what I am looking for, if I un-
check to tentatively accept then none of the invites come through
(even for the delegate or administrator), if I leave it checked users
are still able to book (tentatively of course) then think they have
scheduled the resource.
I have recreated the resource as a user mailbox too but I get the same
results.......any thoughts or ideas?
