Setting Word as Default Word Processor

Hi folks. I recently installed Sun's Open Office software.
I accidently told it to be the dault world procesor, but I
want Microsoft Word to be the dault. Besides uninstalled
OpenOffice and then reinsalling it, is there a way to
reinstate Word as my default? Thanks.

Start Word from the Windows > start > run dialog with the command Winword /r
This will reregister Word.

However, not having used Sun Open Office, I don't know if that application
will try and grab back the document assignments when you next run it.
