Setting work Fields in Hrs for project server 2007 views

I have been setting work the Work Field as days in Ms project 2007 but when the project is publised the work field format is set to hrs.

Can this be changed somewhere in project server 2007.on the my task webpart this can be done but in the project views I am not able to change it. I even tried manage views but there is no option there as well.

Any suggestions please?

Dont know if it will work , but check on the server settings page -
tasks settings, there is an option to change work from hours to days.
Remember to republish projects !

The only way around this is to create a project enterprise custom field that
stores the work divided by the hours per day, and then display this field in
the PWA project views.

Hi,
Navigate to My tasks page in PWA.
Click Site actions then Edit page
On webpart My tasks click "edit" and then choose "Modify shared webpart"
Then expand "Project Web Access" and choose "hours" for Duration format
and Work format.

But it will not work for Assigment details page.
