Settings for entering the Remaining Work column at PWA by users

Hello PWA Team,
Kindly let me know the Settings for entering the
Remaining Work column at PWA by users to be done by an Admin.
The user needs to Remainining cwork column to be made editable.

Kindly update.

                  User is using  MSP-2003.

Hello WDP,

On PWA, click on Admin link

Click on "Customize Project Web Access"

Under "Specify default method for reporting progress on task", choose
the option "Actual work done and work remaining"

Click Save Changes

Hello Team,
User currently has these “Hours of work done per day or per
week:†and “ Managed Periods†settings.
When the user tries the option "Actual work done and work remaining:" and
Managed Periods at Time period Settings he gets an error "VBScript: To
protect Actuals Project Server requires that actuals be tracked as hours per
day and Project Mgrs must use this tracking mode for projects. To make
required settings choose OK, To disable protect actuals, choose cancel ".

If the user clicks on OK then settings go “Hours of work done per day or per
week:†and “ Managed Periodsâ€
If he clicks on Cancel then – “Actual work done and work remaining:†and
“Non managed Periodsâ€

Kindly update
