setup a read-onpy recommendation when opening visio file

In Word 2003 - there is an option when opening a file to open as "read-only
recommendation" - is there such an option in Visio 2003?

You can always simply select the Visio file select properties and check the
box read only. However if you really want to manage documents you may want to
invest in a document manage application something like SharePoint.
