Setup and Deployment: Unrecoverable Build Errors

When I try to build Setup and Deployment projects I get the following
message: Unrecoverable build error

I have been through the steps in 329214 - PRB Microsoft Knowledge Base.

I have verified the Registary entries are correct
I have re-registered Mergemod.dll

Anyone know what to do next??
