Setup cannot find Excel,en-us\ExcelLR.cab

Can't install Office Professional 2007 - get the error code above
Evidently that file does not already exist on my machine - but wh
should it, as I'm trying to install Office for the first time.

I've spent three hours already trying to find help on the net with n
luck at all. This is the first forum which looks like it *might*, I'
hoping, actually be active.

Anyone able to help me?

I encountered the same problem when trying to install Office fo
Home/Students 2007 on my daughters new Dell laptop with Vista Hom
Premium. Early on the installation freezes and a dialog box opens askin
to browse for installation sources. I have no idea where to browse. Ver
frustrating that new computer and new software would need me to locat
file to install one of components. Where should i look for this missin
file? Thanks,

PS Bought the Office Home/Student 2007 Suite at Costco
