Setup/Configuration - Location of My Notebook

I would like to change the location of "My Notebook" from its default, in
My Documents, to another drive. The path would be something like D:\My
Notebook.

This would allow placing the notebook on a USB flash drive, making it
portable between machines.

Is there a UI way to do this? I haven't gone into the registry yet...

Select Tools | Options | Open & Save then it's the top option in the
right pane editable using the Modify button.
