Good Day!
My database tracks coupons, we receive any place from
25,000 to 155,000 coupons at a time for specific types.
Example, Shoe Coupon - 25,000 received
Coat Coupon - 150,000 received.
When they are issued into the database it generates a
coupon number for each coupon and record for each coupon.
This is very build heavy on the Dbase. We then issue the
coupons in various amounts putting in beginning coupon
number and ending and it tracks them, as issued by amount
and to were.
My question is really on the design, is there an easier
way to track the coupon number in bulk? Instead of
individual records? I hope this makes sense. Any iniput
would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you .
