setup e-mail for multiple users

i would like to use outlook to administer my e-mail account along with my
partner's account but only want to see what is mine. how do set up outlook
so when i sign in i only see my e-mails?

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
