Hello Draw,
I'm sorry, that capability is not built in to Project. It is
possible that using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) or some
other programming language that you could develop a macro or code
that you could trigger to send the emails, but without custom
development, it is not possible.
If you have some skills in programming, you might try posting to the
Project developer newsgroup for guidance. You might also have luck
reviewing the list of companion products at:
