Setup Error

I have previously been able to install Visio Pro 2007 on my computer, but
after my most recent rebuild (due to a system failure) I get the following
error when installing the program:

Setup Error
D:\VisPror.WW\OSETUP.DLL digital signature does not validate or is not
present.

I have installed this program successfully in the past. What could possibly
be causing this error as I have made no hardware changes to this computer and
the only software change was an upgrade to Windows Vista Ultimate x86?
Better yet, how do I fix this?

I don't think this type of issue is isolated to Visio only. It could be an
issue with Windows reading information from the disc. If this is the case
you will want to verify the disc reader is functioning properly and then
check the disc. If the disc is bad request a new one from Microsoft since
you may need to reinstall it sometime in the future. You could also try
browsing the CD and see if you can run setup.exe manually.

I am having a similar problem with my new system setting up MS Office Prof
2007. I have installed it before and have 1 license left and want to install
it on my new computer. When I insert the disc and hit setup, I get this
error:

pror.ww\osetup.dll\does not validate or is not present

Do you know how to check to see if my disc reader is functioning correctly?
I only have one drive, a DVR RW but I understood it would read my CDs.
