And, if I might add to Douglas' response...
Setup.exe sounds like the printer/driver installation is failing.
You might want to consider contacting your printer manufacturer's
support structure for assistance (via the web).
Also, the web can be a real "go to first" resource. Try a Google on
your printer model and "installation problems."
All these methods could be helpful in your initial problem
determination.
