Setup form on website to email me and import data into Acces

I have reviewed collecting data by using emails but wonder if it is possible
to have a form on our website where users can fill in data and have it
emailed to me for automatic input. This is for collecting new names to our
mail list database. Any suggestions will be appreciated!

My company uses forms based on http://www.scriptarchive.com/

I don't know about "automatic input" but the online forms we create
using examples from the above site do work for people to fill out
fields and then email the results to the address in the form
