setup help/excel wk/sheet to record museum library collection

Category, ISBN#, Title, Author, Subject. I have very limited knowledge of
excel but know enough to follow through on instructions once started.

A very simple list can be made as follows :
Enter your column titles in the first row
Enter a first value
Select the value then Data - Forms

The rest is self explanator
