SEtup problem

I am attempting to install Project Server. I am on the window where I enter
the database account information and am getting a message back saying - "The
server you entered is not responding. Check that the name is valid and try
again" - as far as I am aware the server and database name is correct - what
could be wrong?

How much would people pay for an instruction manual? Hmmm.

Okay, not enough information. Is this a one server or two server install?
Did you start the SQL services? Did you put your username (or a service
account's username) into the Administrator and OLAP Adminisraotr group?

Etc. Please be more specific. Also please repost your question with the
additional info.
