Setup project for Office 2007 Addin in VS.NET 2008

Hi VSTO Team,

I would like to know why you left having a setup project for an addin in
Visual Studio .NET 2008 and if there is any other way to create a setup
project.

Currently the only option a developer has is to use ClickOnce which is fine
but might no be needed in certain scenarios.
