Setup restarts for WinXP User Accounts

Installed Office Professional 2003 on WinXP using Administrator account.
Created several new User Accounts. Attempt to open Office apps in any of the
new accounts restarts Office install, which gives error 1309: error reading
from file: D:\SKU111.CAB. After closing error, the Office appln works OK.

Did you do a full install of *everything* in Office 2003 to the hard drive?
Try reinstalling/repairing, while logged in as administrator.

Try reinstalling/repairing, while logged in as administrator.
