Setup Rule to convert email to task

I have set up a rule which moves emails that come in with a specific Subject
to the tasks folder, but it is not converting them to tasks it is just
putting them in there as emails.

Is there any way to set this rule up so that it actually converts the email
to a taks like it does when you drag and drop an email into the task folder?

Not possible - right mouse drag to convert them to Tasks and set the
timeframes, priority and owner while you're at it.
