Setup show with three or more monitors

When three monitors (displays) are used it is not possible in the set up show
dialog to select the Slide show to the middle monitor. Whenever selected it
displays on the third monitor. Selcting to the primary monitor works fine as
does selecting to the third.

My solution at the moment is to switch the 2 & 3 monitor cables and then to
reorder the monitors on the Display Properties.

Any experience with this and solutions?
