Setup to proofread emails by another employee before sending?

employee is seriously ill and has consented to allowing company to proofread
all email communication before sending to customers. How can I set this up
in outlook 2007? Is there a draft folder we can access? Can you create a
rule in outlook to hold all emails before sending? Can the emails be placed
in an area for veiwing without logging into his email account? I know you can
postpone sending on individual emails, but this will not get done in this
manner. Thanks

Give the proofreader send as permissions to the employees account - have the
employee enter their name in the from field (if its not showing) and save
the message as a draft then forward it as an attachment to the proofreader.
The proofreader drags it from the message to his drafts, reads/edits then
sends.

If the from field is blank, the message will come from the proofreader -
replies should have the employees name prefilled but the employee will need
to fill the from field on new messages.

The proofreader could also have permission to the drafts folder and access
it directly, but he'd need to remember to do that. If there is a group of
proofreaders (create a group in the AD and give it send as permission), you
could use a public folder - the employee would drag from drafts to the
public folder. The proofreader would drag to their drafts and delete from
the PF.

Thanks great information. On top of this I failed to let you know that the
individual access his email through Microsoft Exchange and the public folder
there won't allow me to drop the mail draft into it. Also, can you
explain/direct me to details regarding the accessing of the draft folder
senario. You menetioned create a group in the AD, clarify AD please.
