Setup Wizard over and over

I am running Groupwise for our company email and Outlook 2003 for my private
email account.
I recently upgraded to 2003 and since then have been prompted every time to
run the wizard. If it cancel it and restart Outlook it prompts me to select
the profile. Once I select the profile (which is set to default) Outlook
starts up and runs fine.

How do I stop this Wizard nonsense?
