Setup.XML and/or Config.XML Question

I'm trying to do silent installs of Office 2007 Enterprise on my user
machines, roughly 350 in all.

What do I need to do in Setup.XML and/or Config.XML for the installation to
do a "Run All From My Computer" installation of the entire package (i.e.
EVERYTHING)?

I'm hoping I'm not the first person to want to do this. All help will be
tremendously appreciated.
