Hi,
Can someone please help on this. And if it is not possible then atleast
verify so that I may tell my Boss.
To simplyfy the scenario I have two projects I want one person to view both
of them but make changes in only one of them. Is it possible? if so then
how?

Ask your Project Server administrator to do the following:

1. Log into PWA with administrator permissions
2. Click the Admin menu
3. Click the Modify users and groups link
4. Click the Groups link in the sidepane on the left
5. Select the Project Managers group and click the Modify Group button
6. In the Categories section, select the My Organization category from the
list on the right
7. In the Permissions grid of the Categories section, set the Open Project
permission to Allow
8. Make sure the Save Project permission is set to neither Allow or Deny
9. Click the Save Changes button

This will give each PM permission to open his/her own projects but will only
allow him/her to open all other projects Read-Only. Hope this helps.
