Several Attendees have No Information & Calendar is free....

I have several Attendees with open Calendars. Meaning,
they have no appointments scheduled. However when setting
up a meeting for them, their days in the past and way into
the future show as No Information or \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\.

Can I clear this somehow? I tried the cleanfreebusy switch
without any luck. Have looked on MS knowledge base and
Slapstick also. Must be missing it somewhere. Any help or
suggestion would be appreciated. Thank you very much.
