several keys do not function

Hi,

a few days ago Outlook suprised me with new behaviour. It stopped to respond
to following keystrokes: c, v, h, t. Anywhere else the keys worked. I
noticed that I was able to produce capital letters with shift, however they
do not functioned with caps lock switched on (with shift again lower case
was possible).

After restart of outlook the keys work as usual, but after awhile with no
obvious reason problem reapers.

Any ideas?
I will appreciate every help.
