Several Outlook 2007 Questions

I tend to be the support person for Office at work. Although I do manage to
find some answers, some are still mysteries to me. Here are several
questions concerning Outlook 2007. Any help would be appreciated. Here it
goes:

1) The boss has shared his calendar and tasks. We cannot see the tasks when
we are in his calendar. Can this be added?

2) Is there any way to keep the popup notification until I close it when I
receive a new message? I can get a maximum of 30 seconds now.

3) Is there a way to create a shortcut to access a public address book?
Have to go to Folder list, Public folders, All public folders then select the
address book now. Anything shorter?

4) When creating a new message, we click on the To button for addresses.
The Global address book lists names via first name then last name. Can this
be changed to last name then first name?

5) When there are several attachments in a message, is there a way to print
them all without having to open them? Using the Print dialogue box and
checking the Print attachments option opens the software and leaves it open.
Right clicking an attachment in a message and using the Print command also
opens it (plus this option doesn't seem to be available for multiple
selections).

Thank you for any help you may provide, an answer to a single question means
less for me to try and find!

Have a great day!

#3.
Use the path you described to get to the Contact Folder in the Public
Folders ( I think that's what you are describing).
drag it up to the favorites place just above where it says Public Folders in
your Folder List.

If they are just trying to find one Contact in that Folder, teach them to
use the Contact Lookup Window in the Standard Toolbar. Just type first or
surname into it and hit Enter.

Check that everyone's Public Contacts folder is enabled as an Outlook
Address Book - right click it at the root location (not once dragged into
Favorites), Properties, Outlook Address Book, tick the box to enable as an
Outlook address book.-

Thank you! I will give it a try. I will not rate that your post answered my
question since I had several in the same. Hope this is OK with you. If you
have any "flashes" for the other questions, any ideas are welcome.

Have a great day!
