Several Project Server databases

Could the Experts confirm that several Project Server databases will allow
different progress tracking methods in different services of a same company?

If an organization uses several instances of Project Server, for example
with one instance for each business unit, then each Project Server instance
can use its own default method of tracking. Let us know if this is what you
mean.
