Several questions about TOC-Site Maps

1. If you have all of the pages of your web listed in the Navigation
Structure, is there really any need for a site map page? 2. Does a site map
aid in improving search engine ratings? 3. Is there any way to alter the
text or delete some of the TOC pages that are created using Insert>Web
Component>TOC ?

1) No - up to you
2) Can depending on your site navigation and it if is a link in your home page
3) Wrap the result in your font tags & not you can not delete any pages
