Several similar spreadsheets

I have 10 users who want to use their own copies of the sam
spreadsheet.

Then I want to look at the data all at the same time.

How can I replicate the same spreadsheet and then bring it togethe
again without having a maintenence headache. ie Once deployed ... I
We want to change formatting to all of them do i have to do it manuall
?

I recommend Sharing the workbook. Tools|Share Workbook.
You can check the box to allow changes by more than one
user at the same time. That will prompt the users to save
(I think)

Then when it's time to incorporate all the changes, it's
easy!!

Tools| Compare and Merge Workbooks.
