Shaded Non-Working Time Not Shown on Print

NavarroV

Hello!

I've printed out the made schedule and in the program I have the weekends
shaded, however when I print the schedule the shaded areas are blank. Even
when viewing the schedule in the Print Preview it still doesn't show the
weekends shaded.

Any suggestions?

Thank you!

Hello NavarroV,

A couple of things -- first ensure you are running Project with the
latest Service pack. Project 2007 Service Pack 2 was recently
released. Project 2003 is at Service Pack 3.

Also ensure you are using the latest printer driver for your
printer. You may wish to double check the website for the printer
and see if there are any newer drivers.

When you look at the schedule before printing/previewing -- are the
weekends showing? Sometimes if you have zoomed out from the Gantt
view to show more information, the weekends are missing.

If you print to another printer, is all as expected?

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
