The only option for this in Outlook 2000 is with Automatic Formatting, and
that can only be done in a table view of the Calendar, not in Day/Week/Month
view. Later versions of Outlook provide color labels which can be used in
D/W/M view.
You might want to take a look at some free Word templates that use your
Outlook calendar data to create a calendar in Word, which you can then
customize to your liking. I personally use My Outlook Calendar and am very
