Shading does not print

I hope someone could help me. I use Excel to input a lot of data, and
sometimes i shade a few columns so that when I print the sheet, I will know
that is the main item to focus on.
My problem is that when I shade a column (always 25% gray), it never shows
up on Print Preview and never prints shaded. Is there something I need to
disable to get it to print the shading? thanks.

File>Page Setup>Sheet.

Make sure "draft quality" is NOT checked.
