Shading on the month calendar

Hi, does anyone know how to add the color(shading) the
particular day on the month calendar and
how to share the calendar to other member.

you can add color shading by right-clicking on the apt. and going to "label" mine (XP) show fine in all views, and print out also. to share a calendar there are several ways, but you could add a "delegate" under Tools/Options/Delegates.
