Shape ballontips/comments on mouseover

Is there a way to create a ballontip to pop up on a mouseover of a shape?
I would like to put some of the custom properties fields into that
ballontip.
So, if i mouseover on a router, a ballontip will pop up and display the
name, ports, etc...

Likewise, how can i extract all the custom properties information from a
given set of shapes and input it into a legend (table)?

Insert > Shape ScreenTip will add a tool tip to your shape. However, to
include data fields in the tip you will need to go into the Shapesheet and
set up the formulas for the tool tip manually.

Tools > Report will generate a report of custom property data. You have
several output choices for the report including an embedded Excel table.
