Shape Change through coding

Iam using Visio 2003 I need to change the Shape of "Position" t
"Manager" through coding.

If any body could help out it would be great !....

Are you promoted to manager?
If I were you, I watch the shapesheet what changed when I changed status.
Is it include the change of the location on organazation chart?
If so, the program may not be so simple.

Hi Suresha,

afaik you will have to replace it - there is no "change".
