Shape Data - Note: Additional properties not shown

I am running Visio 2007.

I have defined shape data. I have over 20 fields defined. However, I
can only see the first 20. At the bottom of the shape data screen, the
message appears:

(Note: Additional properties not shown)

There is no documentation that I can find that explains how to see the
remaining fields that I have defined.

I think it is truly marvelous that no information on this issue can be
found. Don't you just love MS?

Any help would be appreciated.

right click the shape, open the shapesheet, scroll down to the custom
properties section.

Actually, the 20 rows limit is just for the popup dialog.
There is no 20 row limit for the Shape Data Window.
Alternatively, you can control the visibility of groups of rows if you know
how to programme the ShapeSheet.
