Shape Definition in Visio.

Hi, I'm trying to build a Flowchart using Visio. But there is almost
no-definition or advise of using what kind of shape for what kind of
situation. Per example, for the process, it showed the rectangular shape
that I should use. For other shape, per example, triangular shape means what
? And in which situation I should use this shape, I could not find the
answer from both Visio Help & Office 2003 Help. Please let me know where can
I find the information. Thanks a lot.

since flowcharting is considered to be a skill taught in most colleges that
have IT programming courses, it was probably thought to be too basic....
