Shape Gallery imageMso IDs

I am creating a custom Ribbon UI and would like to use some of the built-in
images from the Shape Gallery (for example the Left Arrow Callout and the
Curved Down Arrow).

I have been unable to find their imageMso IDs in any of the following places:
- <application> Customize
- Office 2007 Icons Gallery
- Office 2007 List of Control IDs

Do all the shapes in the Shape Gallery have imageMso IDs and if so how do
you find the ones that are not included in any of the above?

Individual items in a gallery do not have an idMso. Hence you won't be
able to use them with RibbonX at all.
