Shape Screen Tip

Hello

I am creating a drawing and would like to use Shape Screen Tips to explain
certain portions of the drawing. The explanations are lengthy and are longer
than the standard Shape Screen Tip box. My Question:

Is there a way to make Visio show the entire tip or increase the size of the
Shape Screen Tio box? Thanks in advance.

Custom Properties can store upto 64k characters.
You can create a custom propety then add formula
=GUARD(Comment)
to the custom property Value cell in the ShapeSheet.
This will enable you to use the Shape Screen Tip dialog to enter multiple
lines into the custom property, but you cannot easily see them without
opening the dialog again.
The SaveAsWeb will reveal all lines on CTRL+left mouse click, but to view
these lines more esily, you either need to :
1. write your own form
2. use a third party addon such as http://www.bvisual.net/products/cdata.htm
