Shape Tags not showing in a Visio 2007, Engineering stencil

Hi, i have an existing Process Engineering stencil that when i now opened it
is no longer showing tags on some types of shapes. When i double klick on the
text field the correct information is still their. What is this, how can i
get it back?

Very thankful for any help.
