Shape Will Not Resize!!

Hello all,

I have a UML document I created in Visio 2003.

In the "UML Static Structure" stencil is a shape called, "Note". I am not able to resize this shape.

After adding the shape to my dawing, I right-click, select "Format | Protection". The only checked item is "Rotation". that's fine, I don't need to rotate. So next I right-click, select "Format | Behavior". I've tried every "Resize behavior" option but none seem to allow me to resize the shape.

i'm sure this must be easy... can anyone help?

This shape has GUARD formulas on both its Width and Height. For whatever
reason it is designed not to be resized. You can go into the Shapesheet and
remove these formulas, but that will change the behavior of the shape.
