Shapes dropped on a specific x y co-ordinate

Hello all, I creat an org chart by importing via Excel. I have a banner on my
page and the top shapes drop on the banner. Can I make the default X and Y
co-ordiantes to be something different than what the automatic co-ords are? I
have to go through about 50 odd pages and move the top shape down so that it
is below the background banner.
