Shapes in VISIO professionel 2003

where do I find the shape for a patch panel ( e.g. Brand Rex ) or other
shapes in general?

Thanks for the question. I did a search on Brand Rex and found a link from
their website to a set of Visio shapes. So I will be adding that to the
website Al mentioned. Try http://www.brand-rex.com/uk/# and follow the link
under "Technical Library" at the top of the screen. The link takes you to
Altima, but they say they provide complimentary shapes for Brand-Rex. You
will have to fill in a registration page to get the shapes.
