Shapes Menu

I'm using the drawing control and have (painfully) recreated all of the menus and toolbars for our app. The ONLY thing I have left to do is the File->Shapes menu. Does anyone know where these stencils are enumerated/listed? I can see where the files are in the \1033\ folder and I can see there's a file each for metric and US units, but I can't see where the flyout menu structure is

Is this exposed through commandbars or something? If so, I can grab it from my com add-in and feed it back to my ui wrapper
